For me, “Crafting Happiness” is that amazing feeling of pride when you finish a project and realize, “I made this myself!”
I don’t just “make” crochet—I engineer it. With my professional background in IT and Accounting, I bring a unique level of logic and precision to my designs. Every pattern I publish is built on mathematical accuracy and crystal-clear steps, ensuring that every project you start is a guaranteed success.
🧸 The Story of the 3-in-1 Blanket
My most famous designs are my Signature 3-in-1 Animal Blankets.
My time working in IT on big cruise ships is what really shaped how I design today. Living in a tiny cabin on the sea taught me that everything you own should be useful and look great.
I took that “small space” logic and later brought it to the nursery. I realised parents needed things that save space but still look cute, and this is the reason I design these 3-in-1 blankets:
- A Cozy Blanket: A warm wrap for nap time.
- A Cuddly Toy/ Playmat: A soft friend for a child to hug and play with.
- A Decoration: A cute handmade animal that looks lovely on a chair or hung on the baby cot.
📚 My Books and Teaching
The passion for crochet and teaching led me to become a published author. I’ve written two books to help makers like you, create something special:
- Amigurumi Loveys & Blankets: 16 cute animal projects made for snuggling.
- Crochet a Quiet Book: A collection of soft, playful pages for kids.
When I’m not writing books, I’m busy teaching crochet on my YouTube channel. I love showing our community how to crochet, whether you’re just starting crocheting or looking for a fun new project.
🏠 My Seaside Studio, My Happy Place
Today I live in the south of England with my partner and 3 cats: Kitty, Munchie and PC. It’ it’s my favorite place to be!
I am so blessed to have my studio here in the sunniest part of UK. I spend my summer days crocheting, gardening, and making cute things for my home.
When the English winter gets too cold and gray, I pack up my crochet studio and move it to sunny places around the world. Being in the sunshine helps me draw and dream up all the new characters you see in my patterns.
I feel so fortunate to have such amazing support from the crochet community and my loyal followers. Because of you, I get to spend my days being creative and designing new patterns.
