Winter Snowflake Afghan Free Crochet Pattern
Winter Snowflake Afghan – Free Crochet Pattern
Colder days are coming, so I created the Winter Snowflake Afghan to keep you nice and toasty. Besides being a practical winter project, it’s also a decorative blanket you can use to decorate your sofa and bed.
The blanket is made of gorgeous snowflake squares sewn together with the invisible seam technique. Then I added a contrasting red and white blanket border.
You can easily make the blanket larger by adding more snowflake squares. And if you prefer the snowflakes further apart from one another, you can make the squares bigger than the ones I made.
I designed the blanket using chunky (bulky #5) yarn, so it works up quickly. Feel free to change the suggested colors according to your personal preference.
